Packages

SimpleAMS does not use the software industry’s expensive “per seat” licensing model. SimpleAMS is sold in sizes that fit your organization and its needs, allowing unlimited general users and limited administrative users to be simultaneously connected to the system.  The sizing is based on the amount of data stored on the site and the amount of data sent and accessed (throughput) at the site.  The final sizing criteria are the number of applications that are required for the business purpose.

With SimpleAMS each customer has a dedicated database and data storage facility.  All systems have built in redundancy and data protection.  The system hardware and network peripherals may be shared devices except for the Enterprise version where each company/association has dedicated system hardware.

SimpleAMS comes in three versions pre-configured to fit your organizations data storage and through-put requirements – providing everything you need, and nothing you don’t.

Basic

  • designed for organizations with fewer than 10,000 customers/members and 15 staff users.
  • includes all features except Fundraising and Grants Management and Event Registration Management modules.
  • all other aspects of the customer/member management system are included.

Full

  • designed for organizations having over 10,000 customers/members and 15 staff users.
  • includes all application modules as well as additional data storage and system throughput.
  • provides advertising space as well as additional system throughput for non-customer/member visitors.

Enterprise

  • includes all of the application modules with maximum data storage and enhanced system throughput to handle the largest organizations and most robust requirements.
  • all Enterprise customers are provided dedicated hardware and network peripherals.

Customer/Member Management System

Account Management
Manage site user information in one central location.

  • View web transaction history for any user

Online Membership Registration
Enable users to become a member online:

  • Users apply for membership using this customized online member registration process
  • Membership levels are customized to your business models and pushed out to the membership in a self service application.
  • Members will be prompted for a username and password during the registration.
  • Fee-based memberships will provide the option of auto-renewal
  • Payments can be processed online via Credit Card. The system will automatically process charges for auto-renewal credit card members.
  • Log-in feature enables members to manage their own profile and view special content.
  • Existing Members:
    • will import current member database that will generate a username and password that will be sent to all members via email.

Member Only Area
Members will have special access to content in the “members only” area of the site.  Use the page editor; file upload tool, and Event modules to assign content to this special area of the site.  Add special offers, coupons and other member only benefits.

Volunteer Manager

  • Ability to add volunteer opportunities by category.
  • Prospective volunteers can view opportunity and complete an online form if interested.
  • Form responses are forwarded to a designated contact via email and stored in a database for access via TrustedPartner.
  • Users will receive a confirmation email with a customizable message.

E-Marketing

The email campaign tool enables clients to send bulk emails to one or more contact groups at any time.  The service includes the creation of one custom designed template that complements your site design.

  • Email campaigns can be set to send right away or within the next month.
  • Schedule multiple campaigns to run at different times
  • Monitor campaigns with statistics showing number and percentage of users viewing or unsubscribing.
  • Unsubscribe message automatically added to all emails

Survey Manager
This custom survey tool can be deployed in a timely manner with our 4-step process and provides a variety of question types to capture your desired information.

Questions types include:

  • Binary = Yes or No
  • Multiple Choice = Custom Answers (one answer)
  • Multi-Select = Custom Answers (Check all that apply)
  • Likert Scale = Strongly disagree, Disagree, Neither agree nor disagree, Agree, Strongly agree
  • Free Response=One line text field
  • Comments=Multiple Line text box
  • Ability to create a set of frequently used question for use in multiple surveys. Once a survey has been deployed but not activated, additional questions may be added to the survey and sorted. The survey descriptions may be further customized for a `particular survey. Reports are essential for surveys and be exported to a .CSV file.

News and Press Module
Use the news and press module to manage new and press releases on your website.  In addition to the publishing and SEO features found in the page editor, Content managers also control separate fields containing, the date posted, title of the article, and summary text.  Articles can be embellished with optional resources including an uploaded image, related document, and link to another resource.

  • A news listing page automatically formats your news item in order of the date posted.
  • Expired news items are automatically placed on an archive page.
  • Each news item in the news listing links to a detailed page containing the entire article.
  • Present important news on your home page by selecting the “Featured” option on any news item.
  • Your news listing will also be available to subscribers in the form of an RSS feed.

Advertising Tools

File Manager
Great for uploading newsletters, video clips or white papers!  The file upload tool provides and easy to use method of uploading important files to your website.

Features include:

  • FTP software not required, upload files directly in your browser
  • Easily remove files that are no longer necessary

Financial System Integration

Fee based feature that integrates e-commerce transactions with your preferred accounting system.

Fundraising and Grants Management

Online Donation Form
The Simple Donation form supports a minimum donation amount and allows the user to enter the dollar amount they would like donate and submit the form.  Donation forms include an automatic email confirmation to both the donor and website administrator. All donations will be managed via TrustedPartner and exportable to a CSV file for offline management.

Online Donations Campaign Manager
The administrator has the ability to add multiple donation levels and manage the description of each level.  Donation levels are typically used for membership-type applications or to offer rewards to donors based on the amount of their contribution.
